BIOTRACE is a portable biosensor system engineered to detect microbial contamination in milk, water, and other consumables. It integrates specialized colorimetric detection strips with a precision optical sensing unit to provide quantitative microbial analysis.

Unlike conventional microbiological testing methods that require incubation and laboratory infrastructure, BIOTRACE enables near real-time detection through bio-specific chemical interactions and optical signal quantification.

How BIOTRACE Works

1. Sample Application

Milk or water sample is applied to a bio-functionalized detection strip.

2. Bio-Chemical Reaction

Microbial activity triggers enzymatic and antigen–antibody reactions producing a measurable color change.

3. Optical Quantification

The integrated optical sensor measures color intensity and converts it into digital data.
